SLAP invites you to join us on Monday, November 17th at Mary's Bar for a Leather Open Mic night! Our host Basil will open with an excerpt from The Faggots and Their Friends Between Revolutions and invites you to share the stage with them in an intimate display of your personal leather.
The themes we are asking for performers to bring us are ones that embody our shared leather identities: kink, queerness, and liberation. Performances can be anything from stories, scenes, or fantasies you have, demo performances with 2+ people, a skill you want to practice or highlight, readings of passages from books, or poetry and/or art that centers on our themes of the evening. We are not accepting musical acts at this time.
We are looking for 10 performances maximum, as we want to save time in the evening for our normal play ;) If you aren't selected this time, we'll save your contact information and reach out for the next leather open mic!
